Protection from UV radiation is an essential step in maintaining skin health. Two types of UV rays, ultraviolet A (UVA) and ultraviolet B (UVB), penetrate the atmosphere and can accelerate visible signs of aging and increase the risk of skin cancer. UVA rays are associated with accelerated aging and can penetrate through windows and clouds. UVB rays damage the outer layer of skin, causing redness, blistering, and increasing the risk of cancer. To decrease the risk of the damage from rays, apply Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 daily.
