Cancellation & Clinic Policies
By booking an appointment with Body by YourClinic, I confirm that I have read and accepted the policies outlined below. I understand I am not entitled to any claims in the event of non-compliance, and that my treatment specialist’s time is valuable.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $30 fee.
• No-shows will also be charged a $30 fee.
• These fees are charged automatically with no exceptions. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, we also value our treatment specialists’ time and effort.
Rescheduling
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, as the original appointment is being canceled on short notice.
• Clients who reschedule more than twice with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to place a $50 deposit
to confirm any future appointments.
Punctuality & Late Arrivals
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will still be seen, but we may not be able to complete a full session.
• A $10 late fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes after the grace period.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your
deposit will not be refunded (if one was required).
Facial Services – Pre-Treatment Skincare Note
To avoid irritation and ensure optimal results, please discontinue the use of retinol, salicylic acid, azelaic acid, or any exfoliating acids at least 3 days prior to your facial.

Yes! We offer financing through Cherry and CareCredit. Additionally, we provide an in-house payment plan for select packages. This allows patients to split their payments over multiple sessions (e.g., paying per visit for a package of six treatments). Not all packages qualify, so please ask us for details.
Treatment times vary depending on the number of areas treated and whether multiple services are combined. On average, clients spend about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes at our medspa. If you’re on a tight schedule and prefer a quicker appointment, let us know, and we’ll accommodate you as best as possible.
It depends on your goals! Some clients continue treatments for enhanced results, while others maintain their outcomes with periodic sessions. During your consultation, we’ll recommend a personalized maintenance plan tailored to your needs and the specific treatment you receive.
Yes, some treatments have specific pre-treatment and post-treatment care recommendations. If applicable, we will text or email you the instructions. Treatments like RF microneedling always include required aftercare, while others may have optional recommendations. If you’d like guidance, just ask!
We offer treatment packages that help you save while achieving your desired results. While we don’t have a membership program, we do offer monthly subscriptions for select services. Not all treatments qualify, so feel free to ask for more details.
