How do I know my order is confirmed?

What do I need to bring when picking up my order?

Please bring:

✅ A valid ID matching the name on the order

If someone else is picking up for you, they will need to show your confirmation email and their own ID.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

What happens if I can’t pick up my order right away?

We will hold your order for 7 days after purchase. If you need more time, just give us a call.

I placed an order but I live far away. Can I request shipping instead?

Currently, we only offer in-store pickup. If you are unable to pick up, please contact us before purchasing.

Yes, all orders must be paid in full online before pickup.
